It includes everything you need to feed 4-6 hungry family or friends.

you'll be eating the best Reuben sandwiches or Pastrami plates you've ever had.

OUR PASTRAMI
has been carefully prepared with purpose.
We like to hand slice it thick to show off the quality of cook.
We intentionally craft it to what we believe is the perfect tenderness.
When you bite it you'll feel it, but it won’t resist at all.
It will not flake or crush like pulled meat.
We call it ‘the bounce’ & when you feel that, you’ll know it’s ours.

RUSH ORDERS
Orders usually require 2 days to prepare.

OUT OF AREA ORDERS

If you are trying to place a delivery order, but only the "pickup" option is available, this means your address is out of our free delivery area.
We are still able to organise a delivery to you for a reasonable additional fee.

ON DELIVERY DAY

We will send you a text 30min - 1hr prior to your delivery to give you the best chance of being home to receive your order.

We prefer not to leave deliveries unattended, but it is possible.

Products are delivered cold and best kept refrigerated.

HOW TO PREPARE OUR PASTRAMI

2 HOURS BEFORE SERVING 

1) Remove Pastrami from bag

2) Place fat side up on disposable foil tray or baking tray (line tray with foil for ease of cleanup)

3) Cover top with foil and create seal, put aside on counter (do not return to fridge)

1 HOUR BEFORE SERVING

(or earlier if your oven takes longer to heat)

4) Preheat oven to 180c

 

30 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING

5) Put Pastrami in preheated 180c oven for 20 min

6) Remove Pastrami from oven - keep it sealed and covered. Let rest for 5 min

.

7) Adjust oven to grill function and set to medium heat

8) UNCOVER Pastrami and return to oven for 5-10min depending on how brown and crispy you like it. (fat cap should be sizzling, bubbling and rendering but not spraying wildly - if it is, reduce the grill heat slightly).

9) Remove from oven and let rest a further 5 minutes. 

 

10) Slice, Serve, Enjoy!
